Spacious rooms make this hotel an excellent choice for families. Proximity to the parks is a huge advantage, with shuttles running frequently. The staff? Exceptionally friendly and attentive—truly a highlight of the stay. Breakfast options were varied, but could benefit from more consistent rotation during longer visits. Deep cleaning fell short, as we found remnants of glass and lingering odors from the sinks. Maintenance communication needs refinement; an unexplained charge left me unsettled. That said, the pool area and access to the adjacent resort add value. With some improvements in hygiene and service responsiveness, this property could elevate the experience significantly. Highly recommend for those visiting the area.

The place was modern and had very professional staff at the service of my family, enjoyed the stay. The restaurant here was really nice for lunch and dinner, I both ordered light dishes. It was nice looking and the beds were very clean. Central location was a plus.

I loved the spacious rooms that felt like two separate areas, super comfy! Breakfast was awesome with tons of warm options. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean. Plus, it's a short drive to Disney and there’s a shuttle. Just wish the pool could be a bit bigger!
